Founded in 1994, LeatherSun designs and manufactures leather furniture, including chairs and sofas, with a focus on quality, comfort, and responsible material choices. With teams in Zibo (China), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Atlanta, and Oklahoma City, and a manufacturing workforce of over 800 skilled employees, our two-generation team manages every step of production with care and consistency. Our furniture is crafted using top-grain leather and carefully selected, environmentally responsible materials, built for durability and everyday use in both homes and workspaces. Efficient shipping and straightforward assembly make well-made leather furniture easy to own.

    Born in Huantai County, Zibo (Shandong), LeatherSun grew out of a local leather company during China’s early market reforms. A group of entrepreneurs shifted the focus from leather goods to genuine leather furniture, building the craftsmanship foundation we still use today.

    LeatherSun began expanding globally, becoming a manufacturing hub supporting established brands in the U.S. and Europe. It pushed us to raise our standards on materials, QC, and delivery reliability for overseas partners.

  • 2024

    LeatherSun appointed Dr. Yaguang Zhu as Global CEO to lead worldwide operations, with the global headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Under his leadership, LeatherSun is accelerating product development and partner support across North America.
