Shipping policy

All of our items are offered with free shipping to delivery addresses within USA . Please note that some addresses in very remote areas or urban areas with limited access may incur additional charges. If you think you may live in one of these areas, please contact us for rates prior to making your purchase. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. In-stock items usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. Arrival time is generally between 3-5 weeks after placing your order.

For made-to-order products, arrival time is generally between 7-8 weeks.

We closely monitor the logistics process during transportation. Once your order ships, you will be provided with the shipping method and tracking number. If there are any issues during transit, such as a lost product, we will inform you immediately and reissue the product. Rest assured, we will keep track of your order until you receive it.

Shipping Coverage: We currently support delivery within the Contiguous United States. This website primarily serves customers in the U.S.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $50.
